Mensajes de error y soluciones

La sección de Preguntas Frecuentes sobre Errores proporciona información sobre errores comunes encontrados durante la instalación y configuración de Ironchip.

  1. "User XXX is not authenticated in service XXX. Please try again.": This error indicates that the user is not authenticated or the authentication process was not valid. Users are advised to retry the authentication process on the same page [6].

  2. "Authentication protocol used is not compatible. Contact IronChip support providing error printed in EventViewer.": If this error occurs during user authentication, it suggests that the service provider is misconfigured and not sending the service in the authentication request. Users should contact IronChip support and provide the error log printed in the Event Viewer [6].

  3. "Ironchip has failed. Sorry. Contact support to allow us to solve the problem." This error means that some strange thing has happened. If you see this error, contact IronChip support to allow us to solve the problem.": This error indicates an unexpected issue. Users encountering this error are advised to contact IronChip support and provide the error log from the Event Viewer

  4. "Unable to load IronChip license key. Check that it is the correct license and try again. If problem persist contact IronChip support for help." This error means that the license format is not valid. Please, contact support@ironchip.com with the error, and we will validate the license key used and provide a valid one if not valid.
  5. "The API-Key provided is not valid. Please, contact IronChip support and send logs for assistance." This error means that the license has the correct format, but is old or invalid. Please, contact info@ironchip.net with the error, and we  will validate the license key used and provide a valid one if not valid.
  6. Error en el nombre de dispositivo 

Si tienes un dispositivo iOS y has visto este error:

DeviceNameError

El nombre del dispositivo en iOS no puede contener acentos, “-, /, $, %, @, &, ., _” o caracteres similares. Por lo tanto, para corregir este error, debe cambiar el nombre del dispositivo.

7.- Error de inicio de sesión 

Si has visto este error:

LoginError

Desde Ironchip siempre recomendamos que lo primero que haga un nuevo usuario sea crear una zona de recuperación segura. Para solucionar este error debemos limpiar los datos de la aplicación o reinstalarla y recuperar la cuenta.
